Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
I offer thorough & holistic TCM consultations with a special interest in women’s health (especially menstrual cycle health, natural fertility awareness & menopause). I also support women & their partners through fertility challenges, IVF, pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum.
TCM is an incredible healthcare system that has been utilised in China for over 5000 years, and more recently, the benefits of TCM have become well known and practised all over the world. A TCM diagnosis is achieved by gathering information about your health concerns and combining that with a reading of your pulse (your pulse tells me much more about your overall health than just your pulse rate!). I will then be able to offer you Acupuncture &/or TCM herbs to address your symptoms & begin your healing journey.

CHINESE HERBS
I prescribe herbs based on a Classical Chinese Herbal Medicine system (Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine), which is by far the best I have found to accurately diagnose & treat a range of conditions. Most TCM herbs I prescribe are granulated but for some acute illnesses, raw herbs will be recommended.

PREGNANCY ACUPUNCTURE
Where I weave all my great loves - Acupuncture, Hypnobirthing philosophies, optimal maternal positioning (OMP) stretches & Reiki. These sessions can begin at any point during your pregnancy, either as birth preparation or to help heal any number of common pregnancy complaints. Chinese Herbs can also be prescribed as needed.

MENSTRUAL HEALTH / FERTILITY CONSULTATION
Our periods tell us so much about our health, a way for our body to communicate to us what is out of balance or needing attention. I am here to demystify this whole process & shed light on how you can heal your womb physically & energetically (includes Acupuncture treatment).

PRE/POST EMBRYO TRANSFER ACUPUNCTURE
An Acupuncture session within 24 hours before &/or after your IVF transfer to support you physically, mentally & emotionally.

After your session, I will provide a receipt with my provider number so you can make a claim with your health fund. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for TCM/Acupuncture rebates, please contact your health fund directly.
