Everything is energy…

Our physical body, our baby, and even ‘Birth’ itself. You see, the energy of Birth yearns for a clear vessel in order to move through us unhindered. So we can attend all the childbirth classes, learn all the breathing techniques for labour, acupressure points for pain relief, essential oils, herbs/tinctures etc and even hire a doula (which are ALL AMAZING things that I have used & loved at some point in all of my pregnancies & births)…BUT if we have not addressed our energetic body, faced our shadows and allowed our intuition to guide us along the way, there is a good chance this will manifest one way or another during pregnancy & birth. It certainly did for me! I have witnessed it over & over with clients too before I had this awareness myself.

This is why Energetic Birthwork is so transformational. Imagine, bringing awareness to all of this before we conceive our baby or before the energy of Birth begins to move through us.
